The NOW program also offers programs though the school system.  Children learn proper food choices, how to take care of their bodies with physical activity and exercise and personal hygiene though hand washing.  This program also aids in increasing scores in the Practical Living section of the Commonwealth Accountability Testing System (CATS) Exam.  NOW serves all 120 counties in Kentucky.
