Back to School Blast School Supply Give a way

Murray, Ky., July 10------The Family Resource Youth Service Centers of Murray Independent School District and Calloway County schools will sponsor the annual “Back to School Blast School Supply Give Away” at Glendale Road Church of Christ, 1101 Glendale Road, Tuesday July 21, from 3 to 6 pm.

Sponsored by the Murray and Calloway County Family Resource Youth Service Centers to assist area families in purchasing school supplies for a new school year, the event provides school supplies that are the most common items requested from MISD and CCSD school districts. “Assisting students and families with the supplies needed to ensure a successful start to the new school year is the overall goal of this event,” said Julie Stone, Coordinator of Murray Family Resource Youth Service Center.

All parents who wish to receive school supplies are required to complete a free and/or reduced lunch application. General income information will be adequate. Detailed verification of income may be required upon completing the application at a later time.
