I.This past year we had multiple educators at Murray Independent who completed rank change programs from a variety of sources. These programs help to grow the knowledge and expertise of our educators and improve instruction for all students. We are proud of all the MISD educators who worked hard to complete a rank change.
This year is the first year we have offered a Continuation Education Option (CEO) Rank Change program in coordination with Excell Development. This new “district offered” rank change option approved by the board in 2024, offered a unique opportunity for our educators to work with district mentors to improve their instructional practices.
