RE: Universal indoor mask mandate
As you may be aware, Governor Andy Beshear issued Executive Order 2021-585 (attached) yesterday (August 10, 2021), mandating that all individuals must cover their mouths and noses with face coverings while indoors at all Kentucky public and private schools, regardless of vaccination status. To my understanding this 30-day order carries the force of law and therefore should be followed as with any other law or regulation directed by state government.
